I'm Tyson Menlove, and I run Purity Cleaning with my father, Von Menlove. Dad started this company in 1985 out of Spring Lake, Utah, and has built it into the trusted name it is today - one streak-free window at a time.
We're a family team trying to build something great together. We never oversell, we treat every home like our own, and we back every job with $1M liability insurance and our 72-hour rain guarantee. Serving Utah County and the Wasatch Front.

My name is Tyson Menlove, and I run Purity Cleaning with my father, Von Menlove. He started this company in 1985 and has worked hard to make it what it is today. With many happy customers and a growing, strong workforce, we proudly serve you for your exterior and interior cleaning needs across Utah County and the Wasatch Front.
Von's story: Von is from a little town just south of Payson, Utah, called Spring Lake. From his 15-mile paper route in the 70s and 80s to building Purity Cleaning Systems from scratch, his life has been deeply rooted in this community. He brought Tyson into the fold at age 12, teaching him the art of window cleaning - and together they've grown the business 30% year over year. We pride ourselves on being a trusted name in the community: never overselling, always honest, and always ready to advise our clients on caring for their homes.
